Dear valued customers and partners,

Due to the impact of the COVID19 crisis, I am writing to you today to inform you that GHG (and all of our three trading brands – AccessAbacus and Gainsborough Specialist Bathrooms) shall be moving into a period of hibernation with effect from Thursday 9th April until Monday 4th May.

During this period of time, our factory shall not be manufacturing as all staff are furloughed throughout the period. Last despatches out of our factory will therefore be today Wednesday 8 th April.

Please be informed that we shall be operating a minimum skeleton staff across our admin and service organisation.

Critical repair, LOLER inspections and installations will still be attended to but with very limited field-based engineering staff. Similarly, we shall maintain an emergency spare-part operation for off-the-shelf parts only.

Similarly, all our dedicated phone numbers shall still be answered Monday-Thursday during our normal office hours (9.00 – 17.00). Until further notice, we are not open during Fridays. Please also be aware that as we shall only be operating with skeleton staff some delay in response time may be experienced.

Together with our skeleton staff, I remain personally at your disposal during this difficult time and rest assured that we shall maintain and prioritise our ability to service, repair and install to serve our loyal customers during this time of reduced operational activity.
