Marc Jones

Product Assessment Manager for Abacus, covering the north and supporting the wider UK, I ensure assistive bathroom adaptations meet the needs of paediatric and adult clients with disabilities, and their carers.

An experienced specialist equipment product advisor, I work closely with families, healthcare and housing professionals, such as occupational therapists and case managers, to support Abacus clients in achieving the best possible outcomes.

This includes product demonstrations, project planning and site assessment, through to installation and equipment training.

Both clients and professionals can arrange assistive bath demonstrations, utilising our fleet of Abacus demonstration vehicles.

As Product Assessment Manager, Steve’s responsibilities include demonstrating assisted bathing products, coordinating installations and providing comprehensive training and ongoing support. A key part of his role is working alongside healthcare professionals to meet the complex needs of clients – ensuring the bathing space promotes safety, dignity and independence.

With over 25 years of expertise in the mobility and healthcare sector, Steve has in-depth experience and specialist knowledge of the assistive equipment market – ensuring a holistic approach to every project.

Ryan Wilkes

As the National Sales Manager at Abacus Specialist Bathroom Solutions, I support and advise disabled bathers and their families, healthcare and housing professionals, with bespoke and assistive bathroom adaptations.

I work closely with occupational therapists, specialist nurses, case managers, and other professionals to ensure the correct specification and installation of our high-quality bathing solutions. I also advise on funding options, provide training and demonstrations, and exhibit at regional and national healthcare events. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of people with complex bathing needs.
