Pisces
Bringing a new level of ease and comfort to both independent and assisted bathing, the Pisces bath provides a high level of adaptability and flexibility designed to make the bathing process pleasurable and effortless for bathers and carers.
The Pisces' unique feature is that it allows the bather to enjoy completely independent bathing. When the bath has been filled with water the bather simply completes the transfer onto the platform (in the style of a bed transfer) then presses a button to raise the bath full of water around them to a comfortable depth and commences the bathing process. Then, at the end of bathing - and at the touch of a button - the bath lowers to its original position. The bather can get dry before transferring off the platform.
In intensive care situations where a sling hoist is required, the sling may be removed prior to bathing, and the fixed platform may be used as a changing table.
The Aquanova Pisces may be adjusted to a fixed height of 185mm above finished floor level to allow access for a portable hoist.
The Pisces is a rising bath with platform, backrest, complete with a soft cover, bath filler tap and pop up waste.
