Installation FAQ

The warranty includes the replacement of parts and labour to complete the works for failures in the twelve month period from the date of installation. The warranty excludes misuse and abuse of the equipment.

Installation of an Aquanova bath by our engineers will be completed during one working day.

Your Aquanova bath may be used immediately on completion of installation by our engineers.

If we are unable to install your bath on the agreed date we will make a charge for an aborted engineer visit (currently £250). We will return to site when we have received a further 'Pre-Installation Completed' form at a pre-arranged date.
